The striped plastic Hinza bag is a Swedish classic, designed in the early 1950s it quickly became popular for carrying groceries home & for its multitude of other purposes. In the mid-1960’s grocery stores began offering disposable plastic bags, which resulted in production ending of the Hinza.
With a new environmental awareness, and having used the original bags for many years, the family business started production again in 2007 – the fifties concept and design still hold, with the Hinza bag’s stylish shape and enormous usability meaning that it’s never outdated.
